We started branching out into sheet metal sourcing at the request of one of customers and this has grown to become a specialised area of our business. Our aim is to take the stress out of your supply chain and ensure consistency by becoming a one stop shop.

Our supplier portfolio continues to grow, and we have built excellent relationships with many different companies. In practical terms this means –

  • Sourcing sheet metal requirements (or other materials!) and shopping around for the best price and then coating your parts

  • Machining, fabrication or welding in-house or using our supplier network and then coating your parts

  • We can also arrange other finishes to be completed including chemical blacking, anodising and electro polishing

  • We deal with all the admin of manging the supply chain ensuring you can get on with running your business

  • We can also help reduce your costs by taking care of the admin, avoiding late delivery, rejects and scrap as well as shopping around for the best price

We are able to offer an in-house development service to produce prototypes for subsequent production. We enjoy working with our clients to seek out ways to produce quality samples with a view to subsequent volume production. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Our welding services We are able to offer MIG welding of mild steel and TIG welding of stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. We can deal with very light 1mm material through to 25mm heavy fabrications.

We can weld your parts as a stand-alone process or as part of our finishing process – just contact us with your requirements

We can manufacture anything from a small knurled collar to a skip and we thrive on helping a large variety of people with a huge variety of requirements.

We can also reproduce obsolete parts for vintage cars or even a tractor door!

If we can’t make your parts we can use our growing supplier network to source parts at the best prices and with the turnaround you require.

Since the business was established in 1982 we have gained a great deal of experience in component sourcing. We are able to use our extensive database of suppliers to source “difficult to find” parts for many different applications ranging from specialist felt pads through to trolley wheels and where we can’t find something, we can generally make it!

Quality is at the heart of our processes and we know how important it is to our customers – that’s why we’re constantly striving to find new and better procedures and monitoring our existing ones.

As well as monitoring and reporting our suppliers performance, including on time and in full and reject percentages, we also have an in-house quality process which means we can pick up on any issues before the work gets to you or your end customer.

All rejects are recorded and patterns monitored so that causes do not persist and issues are addressed and solved.

If your parts require a further process or assembly after coating we would be happy to quote for this.

In the past we have assembled a series of different components and then dispatched them as a complete part and can also arrange other processes such engraving or electro-polishing.
